Authorizations & Standards (Required)

I authorize TOURA to conduct a background check as permitted by law. I authorize TOURA to review my driving record (MVR). I agree to wear TOURA attire while providing services (hat + polo/hoodie; clean, professional appearance). I agree to carry and maintain required safety equipment in the vehicle (and any TOURA-specified equipment for the service). I acknowledge TOURA’s in-vehicle camera policy (interior and/or exterior cameras may be required). I acknowledge the cellphone safety policy (phone mount required; no unsafe phone use while driving). I confirm all TOURA service vehicles must be AWD/4WD and all-weather capable for safe operations. I understand this is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position, and engagement is subject to qualification and business need.

TOURA and participating contractors will comply with applicable city and state requirements for the services provided. Final requirements may vary by service type and operating area.

TOURA™ offers a simple, Uber-style booking experience through our rider app—request a reserved ride or scheduled tour, confirm pickup details, and track your driver in real time. You’ll see clear trip information before you ride, with smooth communication and reliable pickup coordination built in. For drivers, our platform supports professional for-hire operations with trip management, navigation support, and status updates that keep rides organized and on schedule. It’s designed to deliver a clean, guest-focused experience that fits TOURA’s scheduled Livery/For-Hire Tours & Rides model—reliable, predictable, and easy to use for both visitors and locals.

TOURA™ Service Notice: TOURA™ provides pre-arranged, for-hire transportation only. Rides must be requested and confirmed through the TOURA™ app or dispatch before pickup—drivers do not accept street hails, walk-ups, curbside solicitations, or roadside requests, and do not cruise to look for fares. Pickups and drop-offs occur only at lawful locations and designated areas when required (for example: homes, apartments, hotels, workplaces, malls/shopping centers, retail, restaurants, clinics/doctor’s offices, and non-emergency hospital entrances). TOURA™ is not an ambulance or emergency medical transport service—call 911 for emergencies. Trips are intended to remain on paved or maintained roads; short maintained gravel/dirt access roads and driveways may be used when necessary to reach a lawful pickup/drop-off point. No off-road travel. Service availability and operating areas may be limited by local rules and insurance requirements.
